Wholesale Terms & Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Camp Auto Parts. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern all wholesale, OEM, ODM, and private label transactions between Wuyi Camp Outdoor Products Co., Ltd (“Seller”, “Factory”, “We”) and the purchasing entity (“Buyer”, “Distributor”, “You”).
By issuing a Purchase Order (PO) or paying a deposit, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy
We support businesses at all stages, from startups to established brands. Our MOQ structure is designed to be flexible.

Note: Mixed models (e.g., Hard Shell + Soft Shell) are allowed in one container to meet the volume requirement.
2. Payment Terms & Security
All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollar) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A. Standard Payment Methods
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T):
Deposit: 30% required to confirm the order and purchase raw materials.
Balance: 70% required before shipment (or against the Copy of Bill of Lading for established partners with 3+ successful orders).
Letter of Credit (L/C):
Accepted for orders exceeding $50,000 USD. Must be Irrevocable and At Sight.
B. Anti-Fraud Warning
⚠️ SECURITY ALERT: We will NEVER change our bank account details via email suddenly. If you receive an email claiming our bank info has changed, DO NOT PAY. Call us immediately via video call (+86 181 5796 2741) to verify.
3. Production Lead Time
Timelines begin from the date the 30% Deposit is received.
Sample Orders: 15-25 Working Days.
LCL Orders (<20 units): 25-35 Days.
FCL Orders (Container Load): 30-40 Days.
Peak Season (Mar-Jun): May extend by 10 days. We advise ordering early.
4. Shipping, Incoterms & Insurance
Standard Incoterm: FOB Ningbo (Free on Board).
What this means: We handle inland trucking and export customs clearance in China. You handle ocean freight and import customs in your country.
Optional Terms: EXW (Ex Works), CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight), or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – available for select countries).
Liability: Risk of loss/damage transfers to the Buyer once goods cross the ship’s rail at the port of loading (per Incoterms 2020).
Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing Marine Insurance.
5. Intellectual Property (OEM/ODM Protection)
We take intellectual property seriously.
Client Designs: Any custom molds, blueprints, or specific design improvements provided by the Buyer remain the exclusive property of the Buyer.
Non-Disclosure: Camp Auto Parts will not sell, market, or display your custom-designed products to other customers or third parties without your written consent.
6. Inspection & Quality Control
Internal QC: Every tent undergoes a rain test and functional check before packing.
Third-Party Inspection: The Buyer is welcome to hire agents (e.g., SGS, Intertek, V-Trust) to inspect the goods at our Jinhua factory before the balance payment.
7. Frequently Asked Questions (Trade Terms)
Q: Can I mix different tent models in one container?
A: Yes. We allow mixed loading (e.g., 20x Hard Shells + 30x Soft Shells) to help you maximize container space and test different market preferences.
Q: What happens if I cancel my order?
A: If cancelled before production starts, the deposit is fully refundable. If cancelled after raw materials (e.g., custom fabric) are cut, the deposit is non-refundable to cover material costs.
Q: Do you provide spare parts?
A: Yes. We provide a percentage of free spare parts (gas struts, mounting kits) with every container order to support your after-sales service.
